City Of Rowlett issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
Rowlett Municipal Court Temporarily Closed to the Public
Operations will continue virtually - documents and payments can still be submitted by mail, email, and fax, or by using the drop box in the lobby. Fines can also be paid online.
