The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kenny Ewell Marchant, Kenny Marchant for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Bob R. Brooks on April 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kenny Marchant for Congress refunded $49,828 total since November 1, 2019.
