CITY OF SACHSE: Collin County Reported Five COVID-19 Deaths

City Of Sachse issued the following announcement on July 13.

This week, Collin County reported five COVID-19 deaths. They included:

- An 81-year-old Plano man died today at Arbor Hills Memory Care.

- A 67-year-old Allen man died Monday, July 13 at Mustang Creek Memory Care.

- A 61-year-old Plano woman and a 79-year-old McKinney man, both with underlying health conditions and COVID-19, passed away on Saturday, July 11 at local hospitals.

- A 61-year-old Plano man died Monday, July 6 at a local hospital.

No further personal information is being released out of respect for their families.

These deaths bring the total of Collin County resident fatalities associated with COVID-19 to 61.

As of this morning, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) reported 4,685 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Collin County so, with 3,681 of those individuals reported to have recovered.
