The City of Garland has partnered with the Catholic Charities Inc. to provide emergency mortgage and rental assistance to Garland residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The City of Garland has formed an alliance with Catholic Charities of Dallas Inc. to provide urgent assistance with the mortgages or rentals of those residents of Garland City who have been impacted by the COVID-19. pandemic
