U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced arrests over Mother’s Day weekend targeting individuals convicted of violent crimes such as murder, kidnapping, and sex offenses against children across several states.

Jakson Jose Diaz was booked by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office on an aggravated sexual assault charge with a $75,000 bond.

Mario Garcia was booked into Dallas County jail on multiple charges including aggravated sexual assault of a child.
