Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, who represents Texas’ 24th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates and greetings with her constituents on social media.
On April 2, 2026, Van Duyne posted a Passover greeting: “Chag Pesach Sameach! Wishing families who celebrate across Texas a very happy and meaningful Passover.”
Later that day, she highlighted legislative efforts related to taxation: “ICYMI: No Tax on Tips and No Tax on Overtime are ensuring that Americans are keeping more of their hard-earned money!!” The referenced initiatives align with ongoing discussions in Congress about tax relief measures for American workers.
In another post from April 2, Van Duyne described a meeting with a major healthcare provider: “Enjoyed meeting with Radiology Associates of North Texas, @RADNTX – the nation’s largest physician-owned radiology group, serving more than 6 million patients across Texas each year.”
Van Duyne has represented Texas’s 24th District since replacing Kenny Marchant in 2021. She was born in Ithaca, New York in 1970 and currently resides in Irving. In recent election cycles, she secured victories over Sam Eppler in 2024 by a margin of 60.3% to 39.7%, Jan McDowell in 2022 by nearly the same margin, and Candace Valenzuela in a closer race in 2020.
