Van Duyne has represented Texas’ 24th district since winning a close race in 2020 against Candace Valenzuela, and has since secured re-election in both 2022 and 2024, defeating Jan McDowell and Sam Eppler, respectively. In her most recent election, she won with over 60% of the vote.
