Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, who represents Texas’s 24th congressional district, shared a series of updates on her official social media account highlighting state pride and recent meetings with leaders in the creator economy and commercial property sectors.

On February 8, 2026, Van Duyne posted a message emphasizing her support for Texas, stating: “The boys are wrong. The Lone Star State is BY FAR the greatest state in the nation! The Republic of Texas!”

Later that day, she discussed her efforts to bolster digital entrepreneurship through legislative initiatives. She wrote: “Last year, I launched the Congressional Creators Caucus to support the growing creator economy. This week, I had the pleasure of meeting with Vice Chancellor Haynie of Syracuse University to learn more about their Center for the Creator Economy, the first academic center of its”.

On February 9, 2026, Van Duyne described a meeting with members of NAIOP from North Texas. She said: “I had the chance to meet with representatives with @NAIOP from North Texas, when they were visiting Washington. We discussed the important work they’re doing across TX-24 and their role in managing commercial properties across our region.”

Van Duyne has held her seat since winning a close race in 2020 against Candace Valenzuela and has subsequently secured re-election victories in both 2022 and 2024 by larger margins over Jan McDowell and Sam Eppler respectively.
