Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne used her social media platform on March 11, 2026, to highlight legislative efforts by House Republicans and address issues related to tax policy and hospice fraud.

In a post dated March 11, 2026, Van Duyne stated, “The Working Families Tax Cuts are just the beginning of what House Republicans are doing to help Americans keep more, earn more, and be empowered to build a stronger future for themselves and their families.”

Later that day, she addressed concerns about healthcare oversight in California. On March 11, 2026, she wrote: “In 2024, I questioned then-HHS Secretary Becerra about the hospice fraud running rampant in Los Angeles, California. In Van Nuys there are 89 unique hospice providers operating out of ONE singular address and 137 hospices operating along Van Nuys Boulevard alone. I am working on”

That same evening, Van Duyne commented on recent tax changes affecting hourly workers. She posted on March 11, 2026: “This tax season, hourly workers are keeping more of their hard-earned money. No tax on overtime is set to boost income for nearly 80 million workers by as much as $1,400 a year. If you work extra, you should get to keep that money, Republicans in Congress are committed to”

Beth Van Duyne has represented her district since winning the general election in November 2020 against Candace Valenzuela with a narrow margin of victory. She was re-elected in subsequent cycles: defeating Jan McDowell in the 2022 general election with nearly sixty percent of the vote and prevailing over Sam Eppler in the most recent contest held in November 2024 with over sixty percent support.
