Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne recently highlighted Oura Ring’s decision to bring advanced manufacturing to North Texas, emphasizing the region’s reputation for innovation and opportunity. In a series of posts on August 27, 2025, Van Duyne also acknowledged local student achievements in her district.
On August 27, 2025, Van Duyne stated: “Glad that @ouraring decided to bring advanced manufacturing to North Texas! It highlights our region’s well-deserved reputation as a hub for innovation, talent, and opportunity.”
She continued later that day: “It was great to meet with them a few weeks ago to learn more, as more people turn to tools like OURA to proactively manage their well-being. We welcome their expansion and look forward to supporting their continued success in North Texas.”
In another post from the same evening, Van Duyne recognized a local student: “Adam Zhang from St. Marks School of Texas won an Honorable Mention at our 2025 Congressional Art Competition for his piece, Man’s Requiem. It was great to welcome him to our district office. I always enjoy hearing about all of the amazing things the awesome students across #TX24”.
Beth Van Duyne serves as U.S. Representative for Texas’s 24th congressional district. She has consistently secured reelection since first winning the seat in 2020. In the most recent general election in 2024, she defeated Sam Eppler by earning over 60% of the vote; prior victories include wins against Jan McDowell in 2022 and Candace Valenzuela in 2020.
