On the evening of September 4, Van Duyne announced her participation in repealing regulations affecting the energy sector. She stated: “Last night, I voted to repeal three burdensome Biden-era regulations that have hindered American energy production. My @HouseGOP colleagues and I are committed to unleashing American energy and lowering costs across the country.” (September 4, 2025)

Later that day, she commented on public safety policies nationwide. In her tweet she wrote: “Democrats across the country absolutely hate the idea of making our streets safe again by cracking down on criminals and having a larger police presence. That same evening, Van Duyne shared details about a meeting with members of North Texas’s brewing community. She said: “It was great to meet with members of the Brewers Association from across North Texas, including representatives from the Texas Craft Brewers Guild, Beatbox Beverages, and Longtab Brewing. Beth Van Duyne has represented her district since winning her first election in 2020 against Candace Valenzuela by a narrow margin. She subsequently secured re-election in both 2022 against Jan McDowell and in 2024 against Sam Eppler with increasing margins each cycle.
