On May 5, Van Duyne shared a link to a letter with the message: “Read our letter here: https://t.co/DikyujcS46”.
The following day, she thanked radio host Mark Davis for an interview about immigration issues in North Texas. In her post dated May 6, she wrote: “Thank you to @MarkDavis for having me on this morning to talk about the rampant H-1B visa fraud we are seeing in North Texas. Listen to the interview below https://t.co/tpGODVjfeS”.
Later that same day, Van Duyne highlighted a meeting with Andrew Yaffe, CEO of creator-led business Dude Perfect. Beth Van Duyne has represented Texas’s 24th District since replacing Kenny Marchant in 2021 and resides in Irving after being born in Ithaca, New York in 1970. She has won several recent elections: defeating Sam Eppler in 2024 by securing over 60% of the vote; Jan McDowell in 2022 with nearly as large a margin; and Candace Valenzuela in a close race in 2020.
