Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, who represents Texas’s 24th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on April 19, 2026, highlighting her recent engagements with North Texas business leaders and local chambers of commerce.
On April 19, Van Duyne shared her appreciation for connecting with constituents and business organizations during their visits to Washington. She wrote, “I always appreciate the opportunity to meet with North Texans and local Chambers of Commerce when they visit Washington and to hear firsthand about the challenges businesses are facing in our community. It was great catching up with @FTWChamber.”
Later that day, she discussed her participation in an annual press conference organized by @taxreformer ahead of Tax Day. In her post from April 19, she stated, “This week, I joined @taxreformer for their annual press conference ahead of Tax Day to speak up for the hardworking job creators across North Texas. Over the last few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of hearing directly from business owners in our community and the message from”.

Beth Van Duyne has represented Texas’s 24th District since replacing Kenny Marchant in Congress in 2021. She was born in Ithaca, New York in 1970 and currently resides in Irving at age 52. In recent elections, Van Duyne has secured victories over Sam Eppler (2024), Jan McDowell (2022), and Candace Valenzuela (2020), maintaining her seat through multiple cycles.
