On September 21, 2025, Van Duyne expressed appreciation for a recent event hosted by former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson. She wrote, “Thank you to @RealBenCarson for having me at the American Cornerstone Institute’s fourth annual Founders Dinner. It was a great evening at George Washington’s Mount Vernon.”

Later that day, she reported on a meeting with Rosemary Banks, the New Zealand Ambassador to the United States. Beth Van Duyne has represented Texas’s 24th congressional district since winning election in 2020. She secured re-election in subsequent cycles: defeating Candace Valenzuela in 2020 by a narrow margin (48.8% to 47.5%), Jan McDowell in 2022 (59.7% to 40.3%), and Sam Eppler in 2024 (60.3% to 39.7%).
