Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, representing Texas, has recently posted a series of updates on her official social media account highlighting political commentary and community engagement.
On November 1, 2025, Van Duyne addressed partisan tensions in Congress, stating, “As I said on the @BottomLineFBN – it’s time for Democrats to grow up and do their job.”
The following day, November 2, she shared details about her participation in a reception recognizing efforts to strengthen U.S.-Mexico economic ties. In her post she wrote, “Always enjoy seeing my friend, Al Zapanta, a member of the Irving City Council, and also the CEO of the @USMCOC. I joined him at a reception recognizing members who have demonstrated a commitment to fostering economic cooperation between the U.S. and Mexico.”
Later that same day, Van Duyne highlighted meetings with constituents from North Texas: “So many Texans were visiting our nation’s capital this week! I always love getting to visit with members of the North Texas Commission. @NTxCommission is a nonprofit that improves the economic vitality, infrastructure and lifestyle of 13 counties in North Texas…”
Beth Van Duyne has represented her district since winning election in 2020. She secured re-election victories in both 2022 against Jan McDowell and in 2024 against Sam Eppler.
