Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, representing Texas’s 24th congressional district, recently addressed her constituents on social media about legislative initiatives, tax policy, and community engagement.

On January 26, 2026, Van Duyne expressed support for new trade legislation in a post stating, “Thanks to @jsolomonReports for highlighting the Leveling the Playing Field 2.0 Act. The Chinese Communist Party routinely ignores global trading rules, hurting American workers and manufacturers in the process. Van Duyne has served as a U.S. Representative since first winning election in 2020. She secured re-election victories against Candace Valenzuela in 2020 (48.8% to 47.5%), Jan McDowell in 2022 (59.7% to 40.3%), and Sam Eppler in 2024 (60.3% to 39.7%).
