“ICYMI: 1/3 of all hospices in the country are in Los Angeles – I first raised this issue to then-Secretary Becerra under President Biden, and nothing was done! I am continuing to work with my colleagues on @WaysandMeansGOP to uncover these fraudsters who are not only wasting”(May 18, 2026).Beth Van Duyne has served as a member of Congress since replacing Kenny Marchant in 2021. She has consistently secured re-election victories since then—defeating Candace Valenzuela in 2020 by a narrow margin, Jan McDowell in 2022 with nearly sixty percent of the vote, and Sam Eppler in 2024 with over sixty percent support from her district. Born in Ithaca, New York in 1970 and currently residing in Irving, Van Duyne continues to represent Texas’s 24th District.
