Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, who represents Texas and has secured victories in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 general elections, recently shared a series of posts on her official Twitter account addressing energy policy, crime prevention efforts, and local business engagement.

On August 12, 2025, Van Duyne commented on national energy production and policy. She stated, “When America produces more energy, costs go down which then helps lower the cost of many other things, including food. That is why it is so important for us to be energy dominant and rid our nation of the Green New Scam policies Democrats used to harm American energy producers!”

Later that day, she addressed reactions from political opponents regarding crime prevention initiatives. In a post dated August 12, 2025, Van Duyne wrote: “It’s truly amazing how outrageously Democrats react every time @POTUS or Republicans take serious action to stop criminals from harming law abiding citizens or trashing our cities.”

In another tweet posted on August 12, 2025, Van Duyne discussed her meeting with leadership at American Airlines. She said: “It was great to meet with American Airlines CEO Robert Isom and members of the leadership team. American Airlines connects people around the world, but their headquarters is right here in Fort Worth. Glad to visit with the team and talk about the important role they play in”

Beth Van Duyne has represented her district since winning a close race against Candace Valenzuela in 2020. She continued her tenure by defeating Jan McDowell in 2022 and Sam Eppler in 2024.
